In view of the evolution of regulatory contexts, the definition of a company’s organisation and organisational and control frameworks, which provide the basis of good governance, is also a highly topical issue. The need to exempt or minimise a company’s responsibility in light of the Legislative Decree on the criminal liability of companies (D.Lgs. 231/01), outline and limit the liability of the Director in Charge (Dirigente Preposto - L. 262/05), and to comply with specific rules on privacy, anti-money laundering, etc., is particularly important.
FIS assists companies right from the preliminary check-up phase of Risk Assessment activities and Internal Control System analysis, which must be performed in order to draw up organisational models. FIS also supports companies in the practical implementation of organisational models and provides comprehensive assistance to the company departments responsible, such as the Supervisory Body appointed under Decree 231.
